Payment for payment may be refunded in partial if we encounter any uncontrolled circumstances. 

Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing to icmi26@hotmail.com and can be subject to the following cancellation fees: 

§ 0% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received prior to 15 July 2026. 

§ 25% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received prior to 1 August 2026. 

§ 50% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received prior to 13 August 2026. 

§ Cancellations received on or after 13 August 2026 will not be refunded. 

You are responsible for the safety and security of any items brought onsite as part of your entitlements. It is your responsibility to arrange delivery of any items to and from the venue. Please note, it may not be possible to store items at the venue prior to, or after, the conference.
